Had a puncture and need a tyre change out of normal working hours. Contacted Matthew and was back on the road within 2 hours of the call. No need to say anymore except what an outstanding service was provided.

Highly recommended, fantastic service today from Jon. Excellent customer service, competitive prices and arrived at the time they said they would and the job was completed in 25 minutes! Great service that got my out of a difficult situation on the first day of my holiday! Picked up a nasty puncture on a run flat tyre, and automatically checked the nationwide names. They couldn't provide what I needed and therefore I decided to try a local firm. Spoke to John; it was pretty late in the day and he managed to find me some tyre options and could fit that evening. He called me back when promised and kept me informed all along about arrival time. Driveway delivered great service, even checking pressures on all tyres and resetting my type pressure monitor on the car. John gave me a good price and took all the stress out of what could have been a bad start to my holiday. I totally recommend Driveway and wish them ever success. It is the customer care that makes such a difference. i hope everyone around South Wales gives them a try.
