I was stranded with a flat tyre and had contacted many other services who had given me extremely high quotes or said they could not help at all. Then I got the details for driveway tyres. They were kind, polite and made sure to communicate everything from the service they would provide to time scales efficiently. Driveway tyres went above and beyond to help me when I was stuck in the rain and I couldn’t be more grateful. Excellent service, great prices and very prompt. Fantastic service! A friend referred my number to him as had a screw in my tyre. within 5 minutes, Jon had called me and arranged for Mike to come in the morning. phone call from Mike at 0845 and arrived at 9am! No repair required and no new tyre. Mike even checked all the tyre pressures for me. very fast, polite and very professional. less stress for me

Had a flat tyre for like a week and due to being busy and pure laziness I didn’t get the chance to chance to get a new tyre. Great service that got my out of a difficult situation on the first day of my holiday! Picked up a nasty puncture on a run flat tyre, and automatically checked the nationwide names. They couldn't provide what I needed and therefore I decided to try a local firm. Spoke to John; it was pretty late in the day and he managed to find me some tyre options and could fit that evening. He called me back when promised and kept me informed all along about arrival time. Driveway delivered great service, even checking pressures on all tyres and resetting my type pressure monitor on the car. John gave me a good price and took all the stress out of what could have been a bad start to my holiday. I totally recommend Driveway and wish them ever success. It is the customer care that makes such a difference. i hope everyone around South Wales gives them a try.
