Outstanding, I called to deliver a parcel, my van had a puncture, they called Jon back from a job to help me, gave me a cup of tea while I waited, Jon got me back on road by lending me a spare wheel off one of his own vans, cos my tyre wasn't repairable & my own spare was wrong size, professional, polite, and extremely lovely people, who went out of their way to help a stranger in their hour of need. 10 stars.

Had some real trouble trying to find the correct tyres for my car. John managed to source them where others couldn't. Came to my works in Langstone. Really fast, great price, fantastic service. What a fantastic customer experience- fitting 2 new tyres at MY HOUSE with less than 24 hours notice, and fitted after normal working hours too so no disruption to a busy schedule.
